Dow India recognized as one of the Silver Employer in the India Workplace Equality Index (IWEI) 2025

Mumbai, 02 January 2026: Dow Chemical International Pvt. Ltd. (Dow India) has been recognized as one of the Silver Employer in the India Workplace Equality Index (IWEI) 2025.

The Silver distinction is awarded to organizations that have successfully embedded LGBT+ inclusion across their workplace through policies, hiring practices, external communication, and culture, demonstrating both depth and longevity in their commitment. This acknowledgement is a testament to not only inclusive in intent but also an acknowledge of consistent, measurable action. This also showcase the dedication of Dow India team and leadership commitment in advancing equality for LGBT+ people.
